Title: I'm really tired all the time
Post by: wilde32 on February 12, 2019, 10:31:55 PM
What's the best thing I can do to feel less tired? I sleep 7-8 hours a day most days and I think I eat fairly well.

could be anything, but in my case it was ~10h of sleep after which I could "randomly" still feel tired

came down to an undiagnosed food intolerance. was poisoned half the time, slowly got used to that being the norm, feel way different now

uh i go to lectures, play video games/stare at my pc and then sleep for 7-8 hours, most days

Cut out sugar.
that might be it, but i don't know how much is considered optimal. i don't calorie count or anything like that

i’ve read you should limit your sugar intake to 27g a day. some nutrition facts labels suggest 50g. most regular size fruit candies are around 30g and soda cans are like 40g-60g

when you go to the lectures, are you walking a lot?

i do eat kind of a lot of sugar so that might help, thanks
