could be anything, but in my case it was ~10h of sleep after which I could "randomly" still feel tired
came down to an undiagnosed food intolerance. was poisoned half the time, slowly got used to that being the norm, feel way different now

I like using LMMS with some chiptuney VSTs or midi soundfonts
music theory has a bad rep for some reason? it helps a lot to know the basics (what the basics are depends on what you wanna make)
