Nope, it stands for WebHost Manager.  Think of it as the root-level version of cPanel.  You can manage accounts and administrative tasks, configure PHP installs, monitor services, edit DNS zones, etc.

I'm currently using NameCrane for low-end stuff.  Then I have an Oracle cloud instance for ARM gaming servers.  I have a dedicated box through Namecheap of all places for some professional hosting.

I impulse bought a console called a NeoGeo AES but I'm not gonna be able to play it until next year.  I hope it's good.
