I think a lot of the music probably came from vgmusic.com originally.  It was pretty common for those in the GameMaker community to source tracks from there at the time.  Though I did a quick search and don't see anything from Ben Briggs listed there.

basically almost every song in jumper besides the credits song from opposing forces (a sample from some music editing software) is from vgmusic. oh yeah and mountain king from j2e 4.0

try earthquakes theme from samurai shodown, sturms song from advance wars, delfino plaza from mario sunshine, etc

theres a way to find some old posts by arcive.org'ing invisionfree.com/temphc or helixc.dabomstew.com but the exact urls are something very specific. somebody was asking, so, hey. i can proudly say youll be rewarded with the n-word if you choose to look em up
