the os is a little janky in strange ways, but it's fun to go in there and tweak it to work more like i want it to. stuff like making it say the battery percent or the current keyboard setting on the status bar, and having it refresh the screen before it turns on, so it doesn't show the clock display from the last time the screen was turned on for a split second every time i open it up.
