what if our past selves are still on the old forums frozen in time. someone should warn them about the rest of 2016, i think they might still have time to save alan rickman.

Okay folks, old forum should be archived indefinitely at http://cutey.zone/archive/.New posts should be disabled (can somebody test?), but editing+deleting is still in for those cases where you're really afraid your future-employer is going to Google your name and oh god the shame. But try not to nuke everything, because that ruins it for everybody.
