How long does it take to get a response?

It used to be really good.  <24 hours and always helpful.  They later outsourced it.  In one instance it took over two months to get a response.  However they were apparently changing their support system over, and did help in the end.  But yeah, most recent experience hasn't been very good.  They've also been reducing the length of their warranties in the last year or so.

I have a suggestion then.  index.php should auto-redirect you to the single forum (unless there's a cutey.zone referrer?).
