i was too lazy to use surfaces so i had to do some fucky things with draw_set_alpha and different parts of my hud are more transparent than others. i wish id done it the proper way

i'm not actually using a surface here. studio 2's got layers instead of just depth now, so i have a dedicated HUD layer that i can force above everything else, and i just spawn all my HUD elements on that layer

NPC code is implemented in a very basic form. I still need to make them actually do things, but for now you can just talk to them
