are those 2d inide games that have beautiful graphics, like do they just make new assets for every single level? whenever i look at them i feel like they cant be tilesets, but hand-drawing all of it also seems like a massive undertaking.

a good amount of it actually looks like it could be tilesets. but there's a good amount that looks like it wouldnt be too, so !!!!

looks like theres tilesets and the background art is probably a big texture. it looks like sometimes the long flat stretches of platforms are probably just 1 texture instead of tilesets too
