i think its fixed now? at least on my test acct i can edit my own profile comments but not the one on caits profile

the way rainbow tags are implemented is pretty gross & it sux that they dont show up in post preview but w/e thats how it was on the old forum so ill leave it for now........

it seems theres a much nicer way to do it using css instead of javascript but it only works on webkit browsers (so not firefox)

im trying to replace the old rainbow tag with one that displays more colors but this new one just outputs "undefined" if the input is too long??

On the old forum I had to write a cronjob to clear the error log every day because it ballooned in size so quickly the backups were ginormous.

I look forward to copying that script to the new forum.

actually there is an option in the admin cp (maintenance > logs > log pruning) that auto-removes entries older than 1 day, i turned it on

theres also an option to disable it completely (configuration > security and moderation) if necessary
